We have worked with Sharad and Cloud Pursuit now since 2016. We had BT managed Cisco switches and routers installed at all sites and overall management and troubleshooting was difficult. We required something we could easily configure, maintain reliability, and give us the peace of mind when it came to security. Cloud Pursuit suggested us to look at Meraki as a replacement. Needless to say we now have this installed at all sites. This has reduced our overall support costs of the network and has also enabled us to replace expensive MPLS circuits with a mixture of more cost effective technology, such as ASDL and dedicated internet connections.
We also asked Cloud Pursuit to aid us with the transition of moving some of our infrastructure from on premise to a data centre. Sharad took care of the whole project from proposing the location, organising the transport of hardware and configuration all with keeping to our budget.
We engaged Cloud Pursuit as our IT technical consultant during our transition to the SAP Business One system, and have had the pleasure of working with Sharad for over two years. Sharad and his team provided exceptional support throughout the SAP project and consistently went above and beyond our expectations.
